The Directory52 Network refund policy (the “Refund Policy”) covers the circumstances under which The Directory52 Network LLC. (“TDN”) and its subsidiaries iPaper News, Directory52, One Local Event, TDN Branding, Zoom Email Marketing, and No More Unemployment may in its discretion provide refunds, and is part of the Agreement of Terms. Use of the terms “we” and “us” in this Refund Policy means TDN. By using the Site and our subsidiaries, you are accepting this Refund Policy.
TDN may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to TDN during your checkout or payment of services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Site or of your Account after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.
TDN will develop, monitor, or present your brand offline and online for the services requested, but in no way guarantees the success or performance of your Marketing and/or Advertising. You are liable for payment of TDN’s services rendered to you, regardless of consumer response to your Marketing and/or Advertising.
- All services are payable in advance for a period of time. Usually the term of the service is one-time, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or up to one year. Payment acceptance is made via Net15, Net30, ACH Check, PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.
You (the customer) may reverse your order for TDN services, at no cost to you, within 24 hours of signed and accepted agreement. Your reversal will cancel out your order by request via telephone to 844-924-3629 x800 (Accounting Department) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you reverse your order within the 24 hours you are entitled to and will receive a prompt 100% refund in the same method of your original payment.
You (the customer) should receive an estimation of work completion deliverable date at the time of invoice and/or payment. If unforeseen events occur without your direct knowledge or acceptance of changes in completion date by TDN or its subsidiaries you may be entitled to a credit of services for the length of time your work was not delivered by. For instance:
- You (the customer) were in agreement that your services would be completed and viewable online within 8 business days and on the 9th business day your services are not completed, you are entitled to receive a 30 day credit for services.
If you would like to receive your advertising credit, you must contact The Directory52 Network within 72 hours of the original failed estimated completion date. If TDN does not receive notice within 72 hours of the original failed estimated completion date, you agree that you have been made aware that you are forfeiting your right to receive said credit.
All Marketing and/or Advertising solutions listed through TDN are sold as subscriptions. Unless your purchase is listed as a “One-Time” solution, you are setting up a recurring payment that will continue to automatically renew and re-bill every 30 days until it is canceled. When your subscription is set to renew from a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual term, The Directory52 Network will attempt to contact you within 7 business days to determine if you wish to continue your services for the next billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel a subscription, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, advertiser must do so at least 72 hours before the date it is scheduled to automatically renew. For instance, if your Next Bill Date is June 15 at 8:00pm EST., and you do not want your subscription to continue, then you must cancel your subscription no later than June 12th at 8:00pm EST.
Advertiser may cancel this Agreement only by written notice, sent by an authorized representative of Advertiser, or authorization of this Agreement (the “Cancellation Period”) sent during the Cancellation Period by email, to email@example.com. If your request is placed for cancellation at least 72 hours before it is scheduled to automatically renew your account will no longer be re‐billed starting with the date of your notification.
Your service will still be active until the morning of the renewal date; at which time the account will be canceled and deleted from our system. Any and all priority regarding the placement or positioning of Advertising and/or performance of Services under this Agreement will be extinguished. Please be sure to backup all email, and files as once the account is deleted, this information will no longer be accessible. If your account is cancelled on time and you have not received and/or downloaded your files, The Directory52 Network will not be responsible for any loss of business or future loss of business due to any disruption or loss of any advertising, website hosting, or domain name registration services.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, statements or agreements, written or oral. No amendment to, modification of, or waiver of any provision of, this Agreement will be binding without written consent from The Directory52 Network.For Specific Terms for TDN Branding solutions please read: https://tdnagency.com/advertising-terms.html
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, and that I have executed this agreement voluntarily.
